drawing style out of place
the grimness of the content is toned down by the simple, cartoony art. it's drawn in the style that would seem in place in a comedy feature. if the artwork was more realistic and detailed, it would probably have more of an emotional effect on the audience.

a rarity
very few newgrounds comedy cartoons actually make me laugh out loud, and this one did just that. 4 picos for you. if it had better art and animation, it would have gotten a 5.

i don't remember the colonel being some sort of retarded indian guy. plus, his frequency was 140.85 as i recall, but that's not important. you could have at least gotten rid of your friends' laughing in the background. however, it's obvious you weren't trying to make this very good, and were just messing around, so I won't blam it.

battle angel ripoff
the robot and the main guy's fight with it is too similar to gally's fight with the big robot in "battle angel" to be a coincidence. The robot's weapons and appearance is the same, and so is arrogancy's fighting strategy against it. not bad, though. voice acting still sucks.
acting skills
this would get a 10 if it weren't for the lackluster voice acting. good job overall.
